About the Role
Volunteers play an important role in supporting our daily programs and activities. This may include assisting with homework help, leading or supporting group activities, mentoring youth, and helping create a positive and engaging environment. Volunteers work alongside staff to ensure youth feel safe, supported, and encouraged to participate.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old (or meet minimum age requirements set by BGCCLC)
High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass a background check
Enjoy working with youth in a positive and respectful manner
Reliable and able to commit to a consistent schedule (if applicable)
Willingness to follow all club policies and procedures
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
