Who We Serve
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Chaves and Lincoln Counties serves youth across both Chaves and Lincoln Counties. We provide programs for children in Kindergarten through 8th grade, organized by age groups to ensure activities are developmentally appropriate and engaging.
What We Do
Our programs focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where youth can learn, grow, and succeed. Through our At-Risk After School Meals Program and Summer Food Service Program, we also provide nutritious meals to children throughout the year.
Our History
We opened our doors in March 2012 at the site of the former Ruidoso Middle School as the Boys & Girls Club of Sierra Blanca. As our impact grew, we expanded into Chaves County in October 2017 with the addition of the Boys & Girls Club facility in Roswell. At that time, we became the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chaves and Lincoln Counties to better reflect the communities we serve.

Our Vision
To provide a world-class Club experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who enters our doors. We strive to ensure all members are on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating strong character, responsible citizenship, and a healthy lifestyle.
Our volunteer Board of Directors provides leadership and oversight for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chaves and Lincoln Counties. The Board plays a vital role in guiding the organization’s mission and ensuring long-term success.

The Board is led by elected officers and works through committees and regular meetings in partnership with the CEO and staff.
Who They Are
Our Board is made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds, including parents, law enforcement, community leaders, and business owners. Each member shares a common commitment to strengthening our communities and creating opportunities for children and their families.
